What materials do you use?
We use high-quality gold vermeil and sterling silver for our custom jewelry. Our pieces are made to last and designed with intention.
How does customization work?
Once you place your order, you’ll upload your photo or silhouette reference. We’ll take it from there — engraving or personalizing your piece with care.
How long does it take to make?
Custom pieces ship within 3–5 business days. If you need it faster, we offer a rush production and express shipping upgrade.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! You can upgrade to one of our velvet gift boxes at checkout — perfect for gifting (or treating yourself).
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Yes — our materials are chosen for durability, and each piece is built to be worn and loved. That said, avoiding harsh chemicals and removing your jewelry during intense activity will keep it looking its best.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Store your jewelry in a dry place, clean with a soft cloth, and avoid exposing it to lotions, perfumes, and water when possible to keep it shining.

What is permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is custom-fit chain that’s welded on without a clasp. It’s a seamless, low-maintenance way to wear meaningful pieces every day — no clasps, no fuss, just a lasting sparkle.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! The process is quick and painless. We use a tiny pulse of heat to close the jump ring, and your skin is never in contact with the welder.
How long does it last?
With proper care, your permanent jewelry can last for years. It depends on your lifestyle and the metal you choose (gold filled, sterling silver, or solid gold).
Can I take it off?
Yes! If you ever need to remove it, you can snip it at the welded jump ring with scissors or nail clippers. We offer one free re-weld per piece.
How long is the appointment?
Each appointment takes 15–30 minutes, depending on how many pieces you’re getting and your design choices.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! Bring your bestie, sister, or partner — just make sure each person has their own time slot booked.
Do you offer private events?
Yes! We love working with local Olympia-area hosts for events like birthdays, bridal showers, bachelorettes, and pop-ups. A non-refundable $150 deposit secures your date and goes toward your total.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Custom pieces are made to order and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on the way.
Do you offer rush shipping or production?
Yes! We offer rush production + express shipping as an add-on at checkout. Your order will be moved to the front of our queue and shipped with priority service.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are handcrafted and shipped from our Olympia, Washington studio.
Will I get tracking info?
Absolutely. You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
💳 Refunds & Order Issues
Do you offer returns/refunds?
We accept returns only on non-personalized items. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale.
Returned items are eligible for store credit or exchange only — no refunds. We want you to love your purchase, and we're here to help if something isn’t quite right.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something’s not right with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we may be able to cancel it. Please reach out as soon as possible. Once we’ve started crafting your piece, cancellations aren’t possible.
