How does custom jewelry ordering work?
Each piece is made to order, especially for you. For custom items like our silhouette necklaces, we hand-design your piece based on the image you provide and engrave it onto your chosen pendant. This process ensures every necklace is truly personal and meaningful.
How long does shipping take?
Because our pieces are made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for production and an additional 2–5 business days for shipping. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships. If you need your order sooner, rush production and express shipping are available at checkout.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our jewelry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on personalized items. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please reach out to us at ofkinandgold@gmail.com and we’ll make it right.

We use 14k gold filled, gold vermeil, and sterling silver — all chosen for their beauty, durability, and timeless quality.

Since our products are made to order, shipping times vary depending on production and delivery. Please allow 5-10 business days for production and 2-5 days for shipping. We strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, and you’ll be updated every step of the way.
Order tracking
As soon as you place your order with us you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed and shipped. This will allow you to follow your package's progress and know exactly when to expect its arrival.
